Services

At Dr. Diana Savu's office, patients benefit from complete dermatological services – from consultations and diagnosis, to medical treatments and advanced aesthetic procedures.

Dermatological consultation

Integrative therapies

Specializing in integrative dermatology , Dr. Savu addresses skin problems by taking into account internal factors such as hormonal status, nutrition or stress . The treatment plan may include, in addition to classic creams or medications, blood test recommendations, lifestyle advice or even hormone therapy - in close collaboration with the specialist gynecologist or endocrinologist. For example, in cases of hormonal acne or premature skin aging, imbalances in the body will be sought and treated in parallel with skin care. This integrative approach ensures more lasting results and an overall improvement in the health of the skin.

Procedures for removing lesions

The office also offers minimally invasive procedures to improve the appearance of the skin and treat specific problems. These include: electrocautery of benign lesions (seborrheic keratoses, papillomas, etc.), surgical excision of skin lesions (benign lesions - cysts, lipomas or lesions with a high degree of suspicion - pigmented nevi (moles).

Regenerative medicine

Dr. Savu offers treatments such as mesotherapy (injection of vitamins and nutrients into the skin), microneedling (stimulation of collagen through micro-needles), CO₂ laser for scars, stretch marks or rejuvenation , chemical peels for the skin and light therapies (LED) for acne, botulinum toxin for hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating) in the palms, soles or underarms or for the reduction of expression lines on the face. Each procedure is performed in maximum safety conditions and is preceded by a consultation in which the benefits, risks and post-procedure care are explained. The goal is to achieve natural results and improve skin health

Nd-Yag vascular laser

The Nd:YAG laser is a modern dermatological procedure used for the treatment of visible vascular lesions on the face and body , such as couperose, rosacea, telangiectasias or fine veins on the legs . The procedure is fast, safe and is performed without anesthesia, with minimal recovery time. Before treatment, a dermatological consultation is performed to assess the type of lesion and establish the optimal protocol, number of sessions and possible post-procedure care measures.

Skin cancer screening

Skin Biopsy

Pro-bono Melanoma Screening Campaigns : As part of her commitment to prevention and social responsibility, Dr. Diana Savu organizes free melanoma screening campaigns twice a year (in May and September). These actions are community-oriented, aiming to identify suspicious lesions of melanoma or other skin cancers early and to raise awareness about the importance of regular dermatological check-ups.

During the campaigns, anyone can schedule a free dermatological consultation focused on examining moles and pigmented skin lesions. Dr. Savu performs dermatoscopies and assesses risk factors (family history of melanoma, intense sun exposure, large number of moles, etc.), providing personalized recommendations to each participant. The beneficiaries of these campaigns are mainly people who would otherwise not get to a preventive consultation – either due to lack of information or for financial reasons.
